The FIFA has banned six match officials for life over match-fixing in two friendly international football matches last February that produced a total of seven penalties. The officials, three from Bosnia and three from Hungary, were involved in the Latvia-Bolivia and Bulgaria-Estonia matches played in the Turkish resort of Antalya on February 9. Latvia won 2-1 and the other game ended 2-2, all the goals coming from penalties including one in the first match which was taken twice. FIFA named the banned match officials in Zurich yesterday as Sinisa Zrnic, Kenan Bajramovic and Rizah Ridalovic of Bosnia and Kolos Lengyel, Janos Csak and Krisztian Selmeczi of Hungary. The Hungarian soccer federation had already banned their country's trio for their handling of the Bulgaria-Estonia game.
