Fencing along the India-Pakistan border will be completed by December, 2018. The entire border with Bangladesh will also be fenced by March, 2019. Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju said this in a written answer in the Lok Sabha today. He informed the House that the fencing work in the Rann of Kutch could not be completed because of water logging.
