<span style="color: #222222;">In Bihar, flood situation remains serious even as water level in several rivers continue to recede. Fear of epidemic outbreak looms large in flood affected areas of the state. Over one thousand three hundred dengue cases have been reported through out the state. About seven hundred has been reported from state capital itself.  Over two hundred cases of Chickengunya have also been recorded. <br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports that cases of Dengue and Chickengunya have been reported from different districts including Patna, Bhagalpur, Nalanda, Saran and Vaishali. The state government has cancelled leaves of government doctors in flood affected areas. Both Central and State government has deployed additional doctors. Separate wards in main government hospitals have been set up in view of increasing number of cases of Dengu and Chickengunya. Free health camps have also been set up. The authority has launched fumigation drive to combat the mosquito borne disease from spreading further in water logged areas. Anti – larva control vehicle has also been pressed into service.</span><br />
