In Kerala, the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court at Ernakulam today issued arrest warrants against local CPI-M leaders Karayi Rajan and Karayi Chandrasekharan in connection with the Fasal murder case. The Court also issued a warrant against N K Sunil Kumar alias Kodi Suni, directing to produced him in the court on the 5th of next month. He is the prime accused in the murder of Revolutionary Marxist Party leader T P Chandrasekharan, who was hacked to death last month at Kozhikode.Fasal was murdered in October 2006 at Thalassery, after he switched allegiance from the CPI-M and joined the National Development Front (NDF).
