Union Agriculture Minister Radhamohan Singh today said besides farmers, poor and middle class people have been largely benefitted by demonatisation. After inaugurating the first Digi Dhan Mela of Bihar in Patna today Mr. Singh said housing has now become affordable and interest rates have been slashed due to demonitisation. <br/><br/>He said availability amount of agriculture loans for farmers have been enhanced from 20 thousand crores to forty one thousand crores. Union Agriculture Minister said transparency in payments is being maintained through digital transaction and workers of unorganized sectors are reaping benefits of digital payment.<br/><br/>AIR Correspondents reports that a large number of people were benefitted during Digi Dhan Mela. The second Digidhan Mela in Bihar will be held in February and third in Gaya during March.
