The Family members of the victims of Uphaar fire tragedy today held a prayer meet on the 15th anniversaries of tragedy in the national capital. On this day in 1997, around 59 people died in Uphaar cinema in the city due to fire during the screening of Hindi movie Border. Association of Victims of Uphaar Tradegy also urged the government to bring in a legislation to deal with such disasters.
