The Delhi High Court has asked the Bar Council of Delhi to file its report on steps it has taken on a complaint against former Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar seeking probe into his alleged fake law degree case. Justice V P Vaish yesterday asked the Bar Council to file their status report with regard to the investigation they carried out against Tomar and the steps they have taken.<br/><br/>The court asked the law body to reply, after AAP MLA Tomar sought closing of the plea against him on the ground that a criminal case has already been registered against him and he was facing prosecution.<br/><br/>Presently on bail, Mr Tomar MLA of Trinagar, was arrested on 9th of June following an investigation into a complaint by the Bar Council that he had obtained a fake law degree.
