The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad has filed a charge sheet in Mumbai against three people suspected to be members of Indian Mujahideen and Students Islamic Movement of India, in a fake currency case. The chargesheet was filed yesterday. The accused were booked under sections 489 B (using counterfeit currency notes) and 489 C (possession of counterfeit currency-notes) of IPC and relevant sections of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The accused were arrested two months ago in Mumbai. They had also been questioned about their suspected involvement in the July 13 Mumbai blasts.
