The detention hearing of Kashmiri separatist Ghulam Nabi Fai, arrested by FBI for illegally lobbying for Pakistan in the US, has been postponed to next Tuesday. In proceedings that lasted a brief five minutes, the court was told that Fai's main attorney could not appear because of scheduling conflict. The court in Alexandria then put off the detention hearing till next Tuesday.
