India and Malaysia are expected to sign an Extradition Treaty and two other agreements in the field of culture and tourism during the Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak''s maiden visit to India starting on Tuesday. More than a dozen MOUs will also be inked between business chambers of the two countries. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Mr Razak will hold substantive talks on Wednesday on a wide range of issues including promotion of trade and investment. The Malaysian Prime Minister is arriving New Delhi today on a five day state visit to India during which he will also go to Chennai .<br/><br/>Mr. Razak will also meet President Pratibha Patil and other leaders, including UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. He will also meet the captains of industries to seek more Indian investment for Malaysia. The two way trade between India and Malaysia was to the tune of over 10.5 billion dollars in 2008.<br/>
