External Affairs Ministry clarified that no decision has been taken on ratification of Paris Climate Agreement by India yet. <br/><br/>MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said that domestic processes in this regard are still underway. He said, a decision will be taken only when the processes are completed. <br/><br/>Mr Swarup's statement came amid reports quoting the White House as saying that Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi pledged to formally join the Paris climate change agreement this year. <br/><br/>The report came after Mr Modi's meeting with US President Barack Obama on the sidelines of the East Asia Summit in Vientiane yesterday.
