In Assam, External Affairs Minister and senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj will visit Silchar today to boost the party's chances in the State Assembly election next year. BJP Sources said that Mrs Swaraj will address a rally of party workers at the Gandhi Mela ground in Silchar. She will be accompanied by Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sarbananda Sonowal, BJP's All-India General Secretary Ram Madhav and others.<br/><br/>
