The External Affairs Minister S.M. Krishna will arrive in Kathmandu today on a three-day official visit to Nepal. During the visit, the Minister will call on the President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav and Prime Minister Jhala Nath Khanal and hold talks on bilateral issues.
