In Bihar, elaborate security arrangements are being made to ensure free and fair polling in the state tomorrow.

Chief Secretary Ashok Kumar Sinha said that over 59 thousand security personal are being deployed in 7 Lok Sabha constituencies. Two helicopters will also be pressed into service.
