Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, TRAI, has sought comments and views from all stakeholders for extension of DTH licence on expiry of ten years licence period. A consultation paper was released today in this regard. The key issues discussed in the paper pertain to entry fee, bank guarantee and period of licence.
