The Expulsion of Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan has been revoked. Mr. Khan was expelled from party for six years before the last Lok Sabha election due to tussle with other party leaders. Samajwadi party State spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary told AIR Allahabad correspondent that Party National President Mulayam Singh Yadav had decided to withdraw Mr. Khan's expulsion with immediate effect. Mr. Chaudhary said that Mr Mulayam Singh Yadav wrote a letter to Azam Khan and urged him to work for party as he did earlier. Rajendra Chowdhary further said that, Mr. Yadav expressed hope that his association with samjawadi party would make the organisation stronger in the state.
