Experts warn of stronger follow up to Mexico quake

Experts have warned of a stronger follow-up to the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit near the Mexico-California border Monday, killing two people and rocking buildings from Tijuana to Los Angeles. The major earthquake jolted millions of people from as far away as Los Angeles and left a scene of destruction in Mexicali. It toppled buildings, cracked roads, ruptured water canals, downed telephone polls and power outages. At least two people in the border city of Mexicali have been reported dead and around 100 injured, while an untold number of homes, offices and hospitals are also damaged. But the worst may not be over yet, with experts warning another quake could hit in the coming days. Following the quake, a state of emergency has been declared in Mexicali, a major metropolitan hub of 900,000 inhabitants.<br/>
