Experts participating in the Indian Science Congress has pointed out that ocean level has increased by three millimeters during the last five years due to climate change and global warming. Addressing a session on weather, climate & environment, the Secretary of Ministry of Earth Sciences, Dr Shailesh Naik said that soon India will achieve more accuracy in short and long term weather prediction. He said that the Central Government will be opening another institute to train more experts in weather forecasting.<br/>
