Expert Speak on AIR: Do not over-expose oneself to excessive COVID related news which leads to anxiety related issues

In our series "Expert Speak" on All India Radio we bring you the views of the leading medical experts on COVID-19.<br />'' <br />'' Speaking to AIR News, Dr. Neeraj Nischal , Assistant Professor at AIIMS, New Delhi said that misinformation regarding COVID19 through multiple unverified sources has led to anxiety related issues in people which manifests in the form of social stigma. He advised everyone to limit exposure to only verified information sources.<br />'' <br />'' Dr. Sonali Bali, Psychiatrist at VIMHANS, New Delhi emphasised that people should indulge in socially engaging activities to beat the mental stress. <br />
