In Andhra Pradesh, the two-member expert committee that examined the causes of the chopper crash in which former Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and four others were killed submitted its report to the state Government today.<br/><br/>Later speaking to reporters, the Members, VIP security Expert M R Reddy and former Director General Civil Aviation H S Khola said the committee has made recommendations in its report about the precautions to be taken to avoid such disasters in future especially during VIP visits.<br/><br/>They said their report was based on information provided by the ATCs at Begumpet and Chennai and the Cockpit Voice Recorder of the chopper. Declining to give the details of the recommendations, they said the chopper encountered rough weather en-rout the destination.
