Former Union Minister and Darjeeling MP Jaswant Singh has rejoined BJP. He was expelled from the party following controversy over his comments on Mohd Ali Jinnah in his book about ten months ago. His formal re-entry in the party was announced at the party headquarters in New Delhi yesterday in the presence of senior BJP leader LK Advani, party President Nitin Gadkari and other senior leaders. He expressed gratitude to LK Advani for recalling him to join the party and said that he is humbled by the gesture.<br/><br/>The Congress has asked the BJP to explain the country whether it endorses the views of Jaswant Singh on the founder of Pakistan Mohammad Ali Jinnah. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Manish Tiwary said that BJP throws out people outside at one time and brings them inside the next time. <br/>
