Delhi Metro Rail Corporation organised an Exhibition titled ‘Journeys- India' at Pragati Maidan Metro Station in New Delhi on Thursday. The four day Exhibition which has been organised in association with London Transport Museum, showcases artworks developed by renowned artist and students from Delhi and the relevance of Metro to the lives of the people.The artworks displayed in this exhibition will be later added to the permanent collections of Delhi metro Museum and London Transport Museum marking their productive and creative partnership. According to the Delhi Metro Spokesman, the exhibition is open for commuters coming by train without any additional fee while general public can see it by purchasing a token of eight rupees.
