<br/>The Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Mr Jyotiraditya Scindia on Monday inaugurated the Exhibition on Chanderi Handwoven Products in New Delhi.<br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Mr Scindia Said that the government is providing all financial supports to these industries for their development. He said that chanderi weavers are also making textile items aiming to attract tourists during the Commonwealth games to be held in the national capital in the month of October.<br/><br/>The weavers have come from the Chanderi town of Madhya pradesh popularly known for weaving Chanderi Sarees and Fabrics. The 10 day exhibition will also showcase cotton and silk products.<br/>
