On first day of implementation of Goods and Services Tax in India, Excise and Taxation Department of Jalandhar has set up Facilitation Center at newly constructed GST Bhawan to help the industrialists, traders and other concerned corners for compliance of this new tax regime. <br/><br/>Divulging the details Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioner Jalandhar Mr. Paramjit Singh said two Excise and Taxation Officers and Inspector Rank officers have been appointed as Nodal Officers to supervise the work of this Facilitation Center meant for helping Industrialists and Traders for registration, On-line GSTN portal work and other operational works.<br/>
