The ex servicemen has welcome the government's announcement of OROP. Speaking to media after Defence Minister's announcement, Major Gen (Retd) Satbir Singh however said government has only accepted only one demand and rejected six. He said veterans will not withdraw agitation and rejected government decision for revision of pension every five years.<br/><br/>He, however, declined to accept the decision not to give OROP benefits to those who have taken voluntary retirement. Major Gen Singh also disapproved of setting up of one-member judicial committee.
