Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today refuted Natwar Singh's claim that PMO sent important files to Congress President Sonia Gandhi for approval. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Dr Singh said Natwar Singh's comments in his upcoming book, were a bid to market his product. He said there are some conversations that takes place which should not be used for capital by people.
