Ex Indian cricketer Mohinder Amarnath dismissed as national team selector of north zone

Former Indian cricketer Mohinder Amarnath has been dismissed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as a national team selector of north zone today. The decision was taken during the board's 83rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Mumbai. The decision came amidst the report of rift between the former batsman and the Indian cricket board (BCCI). Former Indian and Punjab opener Vikram Rathore will take Amarnath's position. While Vikram Rathore would represent the north zone on the selection panel, Roger Binny (south), Rajinder Hans (central) and Saba Karim (east) were finalised as the other selectors. The west zone has been give to Sandeep Patel.
