Former Deputy CAG Suman Saxena has been appointed as whole-time member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, IBBI. Mukulita Vijaywargiya and Navrang Saini have also been appointed as members. <br/><br/>An order issued by Personnel Ministry said, they have been appointed for five years or till completion of 65 years of age.<br/><br/>The board is mandated to regulate the functioning of insolvency professionals, insolvency agencies and information utilities under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The code is meant for insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals in a time-bound manner.
