Controller General of Accounts, Archana Nigam has said that everyone has to become conversant with Information Technology in accordance with needs of the time. Ms. Nigam was speaking on the occasion of 41st Civil Accounts Day celebration in New Delhi today. <br/><br/>While praising the role played by officers of Civil Accounts Service she said constant up gradation of skills is the only way to achieve the digitalization of payment and accounting systems. Officers belonging to Civil Account Service (ICAS) of various batches have gathered in Delhi to celebrate the Inception Day and to discuss various issues concerning Civil Accounts Services.
