Vice-President Hamid Ansari has said, there is a need to remove barricades of global villages and every country has to work to safeguard the environment. While interacting with the students of Nalanda International University in Bihar's Nalanda district today, Mr Ansari said talks on the need to maintain environmental balance take place but they break into incoherent pieces in different countries.'<br/><br/>He said world community is working on tackling global warming but it is not properly implemented at the local level. Every country and state has a different perspective on environmental issues. On shortage of industrial establishments in Bihar, he said if big industries were not coming to the state, small-scale industries should be promoted.
