European markets witness Green in intra-day trade, London's FTSE-100 surges by 0.2 percent

European markets witnessed Green in intra-day trade today. France's CAC-40 and Germany's DAX both were trading up by 0.3 percent. London's FTSE-100 surged by 0.2 percent.
 
Later on Thursday, the U.S. government is due to release its October data on the Federal Reserve's preferred measure of inflation.
 
Economists expect the measures to continue easing, as it has been since the middle of 2022. The Federal Reserve is expected to keep its benchmark interest rate steady when it meets in December and to eventually begin paring rates down if inflation remains under control.
 
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.04 percent, the Nasdaq Composite Index fall 0.09 percent and the S&P 500 lost 0.16 percent.
