The tenth India-European Union summit will address major global issues including climate change, energy security and fight against terrorism tomorrow. The two sides are likely to sign an agreement for cooperation in fusion energy. The two sides will also carry forward negotiations on boosting trade and investment including adding momentum to talks for India-EU Free Trade Agreement .<br/>The EU delegation will be led by President of the European Commission Mr Jos’ Manuel Barroso, who arrives New Delhi tomorrow morning, while Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh will head the Indian side.<br/>Mr Barrosso will be joined by the Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt, who arrived this morning on a three day visit to India . <br/>
