The European Union (EU) has ruled out tripartite dialogue for Kashmir solution and has asked both India and Pakistan to resume dialogue process. Talking to AIR Baramula Correspondent Kauser Salam during their visit to an orphanage in North Kashmir yesterday, the EU President Laras Olof Lindgram said there was an overall improvement in situation across Jammu and Kashmir and the people are feeling more secure and comfortable. He said that EU is ready to help in improving the educational standard in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
