The European Union, EU, and Canada have agreed to a multi-billion euro free- trade-deal aimed at boosting growth and employment. The Canadian Prime Minister said the deal is the biggest Canada has ever made. The Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and European Commission President Jose' Manuel Barroso signed the historic agreement in Brussels. It is the first free trade agreement between the EU and a G-8 country.
