<span style="color: #222222;">Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank today said that establishing a knowledge-based society is the government's priority for creation of a New India. Mr Nishank was speaking after launching school education "Shagun portal" in New Delhi. <br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the knowledge-based society is dependent on information technology. Mr Nishank said, the integrated online junction created and developed by the Department of School Education and Literacy will make the process of information collection highly profitable, simple and accessible. He said, this will benefit all the stakeholders immensely. </span><br />
