Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has said that equitable development of all areas and all sections of the society is State Government’s policy and initiatives have already been taken in this direction to realize the goal.Speaking at the first meeting of Other Backward Classes (OBC) Advisory Board in Srinagar, the Chief Minister said that in order to mitigate the difficulties of people belonging to other backward classes and bring them at par with developed sections of the society, OBC Board has to play a vital role.He said that the members of the Board should contribute positively in this direction and the Government will provide all the necessary support to the Board to help all round development of OBC category of the society.
