Environment Ministry will launch an environment awareness initiative under which an online environmental quiz competition will be conducted at the national level. <br/><br/>The quiz will be launched on Tuesday on the occasion of Teachers' Day. An official release said, the objective of the quiz is to generate interest among school children about the science related to environment. <br/><br/>It said, this will help in sensitizing the children to issues related to environment and development and motivate children towards environment conservation-oriented lifestyles. <br/><br/>The Ministry said, it will also trigger their sensitivity towards nature appreciation and conservation, leading to positive environmental actions at different levels.
