Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said environment concern, Health concern and rich should pay more are the three main considerations of the budget. <br/><br/>Participating in the Talkathon programme organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting in New Delhi, Mr Jaitley said, he don't support implementation of retrospective tax and it is a legacy of the previous regime. He said, new taxes yielding Rs 19,000 crores have been implemented today and he himself will come under it's net. The Minister said, GST has the capability to improve the capacity of Indian economy.
