India today said entire state of Jammu and Kashmir is and will remain integral part of the country. Responding to reports that Pakistan is set to declare Gilgit-Baltistan as fifth province, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Gopal Baglay said any unilateral attempt to change this would not have any legal basis .<br/><br/>He said, any such step will not be able to hide the illegality of Pakistan's occupation of parts of Jammu and Kashmir which it should vacate immediately. He said Islamabad will also not be able to hide the very concerning human rights violations and the denial of freedom that have been going on in the parts under Pakistan's control.
