Ahead of Bihar assembly polls, the Director General of Civil Aviation ( DGCA) has directed all chartered flight operators to ensure that normal airline operations are not hit at the Patna airport.<br/><br/>The direction comes as State's only operational airport at Patna has limited capacity. <br/><br/>Chartered flight operators have also been asked to make sure helicopters carrying VIPs and VVIPs do not land close to the venue of rallies. <br/><br/>
