In the inaugural match of the 5th World Cup Kabaddi Tournament at Gurdsaspur in Punjab, England men started off with a winning start by defeating first timer Sweden 51-32 last evening. In the second match of the day and first of women section, last year's runners up New Zealand defeated England by 45-21. Whereas, Denmark defeated Argentina by 54-35 in the men section in the last match of the day. Today, two matches will be played amongst men teams of Australia and Spain and Iran and USA, whereas in women section, India will take on USA. The matches will be played at Moga.
