England cancel international soccer friendly match with Netherlands

England have cancelled international soccer friendly match with the Netherlands at Wembley in London on Wednesday on police advice as forces focus on dealing with rioting andlooting in the capital. A number of Tuesday's English League Cup fixtures, have also been cancelled. British Prime Minister David Cameron meanwhile has vowed to do whatever necessary to restore order to the streets of Britain after three nights of riots, looting and arson by masked, hooded youths. The riots have also spread to the midlands city of Birmingham, where England play India in the third test starting on Wednesday, as well as Liverpool and Bristol.
