Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today condemned the act of vandalism as an instrument to convey views.<br/><br/>Speaking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Jaitley said in the past few days, some people have resorted to violence which is extremely disturbing.<br/><br/>He said everyone should be careful on statements on sensitive issues like relationship between communities.<br/><br/>He said BJP President has very strongly taken it up with the people those who have given controversial statements. Mr Jaitely said Prime Minister also conveyed his views on this issue.<br/><br/>He, however, said anybody in BJP not resorted to such methods and party spokespersons have conducted themselves in right spirit.<br/><br/>Mr Jaitley said people indulging in vandalism should be strongly criticised.<br/><br/>He said people should raise level of debate rather than use vandalism as there are divergent views and traditionally there is civility in expressing these views.
