<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">In Bihar, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has provisionally attached two immovable properties worth around 26.19 crore rupees of JD(U) MLC Radha Charan Sah. The ED has taken this action under a case of money laundering registered against the company of JD(U) MLC, M/S Broadsons Commodities Pvt Ltd.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The Central agency had filed the case in 2023 against the MLC in connection with illegal mining of sand and investing the money in other businesses. Mr. Sah was also arrested by the Agency last year in this case. </span></p>
