Jammu and Kashmir Minister for Rural Development and Panchayti Raj, Ali Mohammad Sagar has said that the nefarious designs of enemies of peace would not be allowed to succeed. The Minister was addressing a public gathering after laying the foundation stone of a model village at Tularn which would be constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 1.2 crore and will have state of art facilities like Information Centre, Community Hall and other allied facilities.
