Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted bail today to Industrialist Koneru Prasad in connection with the Emmar Properties Case. He was accused and arrested nine months back on alleged misappropriations in land allotments known as Emmar Properties case. The Court has granted conditional bail and asked him to deposit five lakh rupees personal bond along with sureties. He also has been asked not to leave Andhra Pradesh.
