<span style="color: #222222;">Eminent Dogri Writer and litterateur of Jammu ,Mohan Singh, who is among the  Padma Awards announced on the eve of Republic Day- 2023 has expressed happiness  and gratitude to the Central Government  for selecting him for the coveted Award.  Mohan Singh said that it is a proud moment for him that the government  has recognized his work  in promotion of Dogri Language. </span><br />
