<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Ministry on Thursday said eMigrate portal has not been functioning properly for the last few days and Emigration Clearances are not being processed on the portal due to this. <br />''<br />''Ministry said it is working with the Service Provider of eMigrate portal to resolve technical issues and restore the system back to normal. The Ministry said all Protectors of Emigrant offices have been briefed on granting Emigration Clearances manually. The PoEs will share the list of such emigrants with Bureau of Immigration to facilitate the smooth boarding of migrant workers onto their designated flights.</span><br />
