In England, an emergency session of Parliament is being held today following rioting in major cities across the country. The Parliament has been recalled from its summer recess by the British Prime Minister David Cameron in view of incidents of large scale violence and looting. Meanwhile, Police are out in force again across London and other major cities in England to prevent repeat of looting and violence of the last four nights. The British Prime Minister, David Cameron, said the fight back was under way. Mr. Cameron visited Birmingham where three men were killed by a speeding car while trying to defend their property. Mr. Cameron pledged more robust policing, using rubber bullets and water cannon, if necessary.
