Eleven persons have died after consuming spurious liquor in Hoshiarpur District of Punjab, late on Wednesday night. About five people have also been admitted in a government hospital in serious conditions. Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, Dharam Dutt Tarnaich told our Jalandhar correspondent that police and the District Administration are investigating the matter. Medical teams have also been dispatched to the affected areas.
